Four day course

Suited for those with experience working with wine but who haven't had a great deal of formal education;

Enthusiastic drinkers of wine who know some basics but wish to learn more about grape growing and wine making

Tasting of around 20 selected wines

We will welcome Trish Nelson and Peter Honegger on the course to share their own unique views on the winemaking process and industry

Trish Nelson (Gazzetta)

Trish makes stunning wines in the hills above Bolsena, north of Lazio. She farms two hectares of vines and will speak to us about what it takes to make wines with minimal intervention

Peter established Newcomer Wines to focus on the import of low intervention Austrian Wines. He will be sharing his knowledge of the industry and taking us through a special tasting of his favourite wines
