Four day course

12 hours of teaching over four consecutive weeks (7pm - 10pm)
Suited for those with experience working with wine but who haven't had a great deal of formal education;
Enthusiastic drinkers of wine who know some basics but wish to learn more about grape growing and wine making
Tasting of around 20 selected wines
We will welcome Stephanie and Eduard Tscheppe-Eselbock (Gut Oggau) on the course who are experienced wine makers. They will provide their own unique views on the winemaking process and the work they do in the vineyard.
You will receive a printed course guide for your future reference
